Refund & Service Policy
At iPhoneSpy.world, we pride ourselves on providing elite digital forensic services. Because of the technical nature of remote system exploits and the irreversible allocation of server resources, we operate under the following refund guidelines.
1. Technical Failures
In the rare event that a remote deployment fails due to unforeseen hardware security patches that cannot be bypassed by our current exploits, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method (BTC/USDT/PayPal).
2. Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for “change of mind” once the technical deployment has been initiated. Once our analysts begin the system mirroring process, resource costs are incurred immediately.
3. Target Device Changes
We are not responsible if the client provides the wrong target information (incorrect phone number or Apple ID). Please ensure all data is verified before initiating the service.
4. Successful Data Delivery
A service is considered successful once the data sync to the client dashboard has commenced. We do not offer refunds based on the *content* of the data retrieved (e.g., if no evidence of cheating is found).
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Form with your unique Case ID. Our billing department will review and respond within 24 hours.
